1st day of school

Well it's officially here. Lauren first day of 3rd grade and Hailey's first day of kindergarten. I still can't believe it but I completely understand the phrase that the days go by slow but the years go by fast. Although it's still 113 and very hot school is starting.

Lauren out front in our yearly pictures in the archway of our house. Lauren was a little aprehensive about 3rd grade but having her old math teacher check in on her a few times over the first two days really helped. She said she was worried about failing third grade because she didn't understand everything her teacher was talking about. I don't think she really understands how smart she is :)
